Main kaam
1. Shop setup: Windows PC par agent install/verify hota hai aur printer select hota hai.
2. Customer QR: QR scan karke customer file bhejta hai; aapko phone se file lene ki zarurat kam hoti hai.
3. Payment/rate: Color/Gray rate, payment mode aur approval rule set karke controlled print flow chalta hai.
4. Print list: Paid, pending, approved, printed ya failed jobs ka record yahin dikhta hai.
Verify
Button pehle local agent check karta hai. Agent mil gaya to printer list load hogi aur download skip ho jayega.
Install
Agent missing ho to setup download hoga. Setup run karke Windows firewall/browser permission allow karein.
Start
Listener start hone par customer QR active hota hai aur new jobs shop printer tak aati hain.

Setup me kya lagega?
1. Windows computer me shop printer already installed/working hona chahiye.
2. Setup file run karne ke baad local agent printer list aur queue handle karega.
3. Same button agent verify karke shop token, runtime key, API URL aur printer rule software me save karega.
4. Browser/firewall permission aaye to allow karein. Setup ke baad browser tab band ho sakta hai; bas computer aur software running hone chahiye.
Is button se kya hota hai?
Verify & Setup Auto Print ek hi button me 4 kaam karta hai: pehle installed agent check, phir zarurat ho to setup download, agent ready milte hi shop token save, aur background queue start. Rs 499 Auto Print subscription active nahi hai to isi action par subscription modal khulega.

Print Settings
Ye settings server aur installed software dono me save hoti hain, isliye browser tab band hone par bhi latest rule follow hoga.
Settings ka matlab
Print Rule: Customer Choice me customer Color/Gray choose karega. Only Color ya Only Gray select karne par shop ka rule force hoga.
Auto Print Printer: Kaunsi Windows printer use hogi. Blank chhoda to Windows Default Printer use hoga.
Payment Mode: No Payment/Cash/Online ke hisab se customer flow badlega. Online me payment QR aur verify step use hota hai.
Approval Before Print: On karne par job direct print nahi hogi; pehle Print List me approve karni padegi.
Payment Settings
Platform verified Cashfree payment me 4% gateway charge katkar net amount shop wallet/settlement me add hoga. My Shop Paytm Business mode me Cashfree nahi chalega; payment direct aapke Paytm account me jayega.
Rate fields ka use
Color Rate aur Gray Rate per copy amount hai. Example: Color Rate 10 aur customer 3 color copies bhejta hai to payment Rs 30 calculate hoga. Gray Rate B/W print ke liye alag rakha ja sakta hai.

Step 3
Shop ke account me direct payment chahiye?
Agar aapke paas Paytm for Business account hai to yahan Merchant UPI aur MID dal dein. Customer ka QR usi Merchant UPI par banega, Cashfree hat jayega, payment Paytm Business account me receive hogi, aur verification MID se automatic check hogi.
Receiver Mode samjhein
Platform verified payment me payment platform/admin verification route follow karega. My Shop Paytm Business me aapka Merchant UPI QR me use hoga aur MID se transaction verify karne ki koshish hogi.
Important
Paytm Business app ya dashboard me Business/Profile details ke andar Merchant UPI/VPA aur MID milta hai. Dono same business account ke hone chahiye. Merchant UPI se QR banega, MID se payment verify hogi. Galat MID hone par payment paid dikhne ke baad bhi auto print submit nahi hoga.
Kaise set karein
1. Paytm for Business app/web kholein aur apne shop business account me login karein.
2. Profile, Business Details ya Developer/API section me MID copy karein.
3. Payment/QR/VPA detail se Merchant UPI copy karein, jaise shopname@paytm.
4. Receiver Mode me My Shop Paytm Business select karke dono value save karein.
5. Ek chhota test print payment karein; verify hote hi job direct queue me jayegi.
Step 3
Label button se shop counter par chipkane ke liye QR PNG download hoga. Background software queue check karega, isliye tab khuli rakhna zaruri nahi.
QR kaise kaam karega?
Copy: Customer ko WhatsApp/link bhejne ke liye URL copy karein.
QR Label: Counter par chipkane ke liye printable QR image download hoti hai.
New QR: Purana QR expire jaisa ho jayega aur new secure token banega.
Stop: Background software polling stop hogi; customer job queue me aa sakti hai, lekin auto print tab tak nahi chalega jab tak start/verify na ho.

Dedicated Print List
Sabhi recent print, receipt, approval status aur missing/failed jobs yahin manage honge. Server load kam rakhne ke liye list manual Refresh se update hogi.
Print List me kya dikhega?
Yahan customer jobs ka status dikhega: payment pending, paid, approval waiting, queued, printing, printed ya failed. Approval Before Print on ho to job approve karke hi printer tak bhejni chahiye. Failed job me error message dekhkar retry/setup check kar sakte hain. List auto-refresh nahi hoti; latest status dekhne ke liye Refresh dabayein.
